§ SD.11002.153. CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS
CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS. A public improvement transferred under this subchapter must be constructed in compliance with: (1) the requirements and specifications established by the receiving entity on or before the date that construction of the improvement begins; and (2) any tariffs for the electric utility or cooperative that is the receiving entity. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1189 (H.B. 3804 ), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2011.
