§ AL.11.69. DISPOSAL OF BEVERAGES IN BULK
DISPOSAL OF BEVERAGES IN BULK. The commission may provide by rule the manner and time in which a person whose license or permit is suspended or cancelled or a receiver or successor in interest of a deceased, insolvent, or bankrupt permittee or licensee may dispose of in bulk the alcoholic beverages on hand at the termination of the use of the permit or license.
