§ SD.1064.106. PURCHASING AND ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES

PURCHASING AND ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES. The board may prescribe: (1) the method and manner of making purchases and expenditures by and for the district; and (2) all accounting and control procedures. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619 ), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2011.
