§ ED.106.36. MILITARY TRAINING
MILITARY TRAINING. No student shall ever be required to take any military training as a condition for entrance into or graduation from the university. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 3250, ch. 1024, art. 1, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1971.
