§ UT.104.377. ISSUING FINANCING ENTITY OR FINANCING PARTY NOT PUBLIC UTILITY

ISSUING FINANCING ENTITY OR FINANCING PARTY NOT PUBLIC UTILITY. An issuing financing entity or financing party may not be considered to be a public utility or person providing natural gas service solely by virtue of the transactions described by this subchapter.
