§ ED.1001.105. TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE
TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE. The department shall enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Texas Department of Insurance for the development of a curriculum for driving safety courses.
