§ 9-4-703. Advisory committee.
The members of the state funding board created by § 9-9-101 shall serve in an advisory capacity to the state treasurer in all matters pertaining to the local government investment pool. Acts 1985, ch. 118, § 50; 1997, ch. 217, § 12.
