§ 8-8-605. Vacancies.

Whenever a vacancy occurs in a position for a correctional officer, the sheriff shall ask the commission for the names and addresses of all eligible persons in accordance with the rules of the commission in order to fill the appointment. Acts 1993, ch. 53, § 5.
