§ 8-6-105. Expenses.
The attorney general and reporter and all of the assistants shall be paid their necessary expenses incurred on business for the state, in like manner as their compensation, when there have been filed with the commissioner of finance and administration an itemized statement certified by the officer incurring the expenses.
