§ 8-50-118. Keeping employee photo identification on retirement.

The state shall allow an employee upon retirement to keep such employee's employee photo identification card issued by the state. A sticker or other designation shall be placed on the employee photo identification card to indicate that the employee is retired. Acts 2012, ch. 938, § 1.
