§ 8-3511. Election between disability and retirement allowance.
No person shall be eligible for both disability and retirement allowance, but persons who may be qualified for both shall be entitled to elect between them. Acts 1949, ch. 144, § 3; C. Supp. 1950, § 1034.75 (Williams, § 1034.47).
