§ 8-3505. Allowance on compulsory retirement.

Any person who is a member of the retirement system, who is retired under § 8-3503, shall participate in benefits of the system, regardless of aggregate number of years of service. Retirement allowances shall be computed as is set forth in § 8-3504. Acts 1947, ch. 231, § 11; 1949, ch. 144, § 3; C. Supp. 1950, § 1034.75 (Williams, § 1034.47).
