§ 8-31-105. Prospective application of chapter.

The prohibition established by § 8-31-103 shall not be applied retroactively, but shall be adhered to by each governmental entity in all hiring and employee transactions subsequent to July 1, 1980. Acts 1980, ch. 789, § 5.
