§ 8-30-402. Reasonable use of public buildings.

All officers and employees of the state and of municipalities and political subdivisions of the state shall allow the department the reasonable use of public buildings under their control for conducting an assessment, hearing or investigation authorized by this part or part 3 of this chapter. The department shall pay to a municipality or political subdivision the reasonable cost of any such facilities furnished by it. Acts 2012, ch. 800, § 43. Compiler's Notes. Acts 2012, ch. 800, § 1 provided that the act, which repealed and reenacted this part, shall be known and cited as the “Tennessee Excellence, Accountability, and Management (T.E.A.M.) Act of 2012.” Former part 4, §§ 8-30-401 — 8-30-404 (Acts 2009, ch. 1, §§ 1, 3, 4), concerning reductions in work force, was repealed and reenacted by Acts 2012, ch. 800, §§ 42-48, effective October 1, 2012.
