§ 8-30-206. Approval required for classification title — Use of working job titles.

No person shall be appointed to or employed in a position in the preferred service under a classification title that has not been approved by the commissioner as appropriate to the duties to be performed. Nothing in this section prohibits the use of working job titles assigned by the appointing authority. Acts 2012, ch. 800, § 15. Compiler's Notes.
