§ 8-30-107. Compliance with chapter — Penalty.
All officers and employees of the state shall comply with this chapter and the rules, regulations and orders established pursuant to this chapter, unless a specific exemption applies. A state officer or employee who fails to comply with any provision of this chapter or with any rule, regulation or order thereunder commits a Class C misdemeanor. Acts 2012, ch. 800, § 8.
