§ 8-16-313. Wrongful possession of software or hardware — Penalty.
It is an offense for a person who, without authorization, knowingly obtains, conceals, damages, or destroys the certificate, disk, coding, card, program, software, or hardware enabling an online notary public to affix an official electronic signature or electronic seal. A violation of this section is a Class D felony. Acts 2018, ch. 931, § 2. Effective Dates. Acts 2018, ch. 931, § 5.
