§ 7-51-1801. Short title — Part definitions.
This part shall be known and may be cited as the “Equal Access to Intrastate Commerce Act.” As used in the part, the term: “County” includes any county having a metropolitan form of government; and “Local government” means a municipality or county. Acts 2011, ch. 278, § 3. Compiler's Notes. Acts 2011, ch. 278, § 1, which enacted this part, also amended § 4-21-102 ; therefore the amendments to that section shall also be known and may be cited as the “Equal Access to Intrastate Commerce Act.”
