§ 7-39-406. Conflicting provisions repealed.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in this part, all acts or parts of acts, including parts of any private act, or home rule, or metropolitan government charter, in conflict with this part, are to the extent of such conflict herewith repealed. Acts 1987, ch. 220, § 7.
