§ 7-39-314. Audits.

Any corporation formed pursuant to this chapter shall be audited in the manner provided in title 6, chapter 56. Acts 1999, ch. 345, § 24. Compiler's Notes. Former § 7-39-314 , concerning restrictions or limitations on corporate powers, was transferred to § 7-39-318 in 1999.
