§ 68-3-604. Maternal mortality review and prevention team.

There is created the Tennessee maternal mortality review and prevention team, otherwise known as the state team. For administrative purposes only, the state team shall be attached to the department of health. Acts 2016, ch. 987, § 5. Compiler's Notes. Acts 2016, ch. 987, § 14 provided that the act, which enacted this part, shall apply to deaths occurring on or after January 1, 2017. Effective Dates. Acts 2016, ch. 987, § 14. January 1, 2017.
