§ 68-221-719. Continuation of rules and regulations.

The rules and regulations for public water systems previously promulgated under this chapter, pursuant to part 1 of this chapter, shall remain in effect as the rules and regulations under this part. Any of the rules or regulations which may conflict with a statutory provision of this part are rendered void, but shall not affect the validity of the remaining rules and regulations.
