§ 68-221-1012. Audited annual financial reports provided.
The comptroller of the treasury shall provide the board on an annual basis all audited annual financial reports of those water systems and wastewater facilities within the board's jurisdiction. Public water systems shall include in their audited annual financial report the public water system's annual water loss in the manner prescribed by the water and wastewater financing board. The 2014 amendment substituted “audited annual financial reports” for “annual audited financial statements” in (a); and substituted “audited annual financial report” for “annual audit” in (b).
