§ 68-213-106. Application of chapter.
This chapter applies to those counties having a population of: not less than nor more than 12,500 12,508 60,250 60,350 73,900 74,000 250,000 300,000 according to the federal census of 1960 or any subsequent federal census and to any county of the state having a metropolitan form of government.
