§ 68-212-310. Technical assistance.
Subject to available funding, the department may contract to make technical assistance available to assist generators and the department in carrying out this part. The assistance shall emphasize strategies to encourage hazardous waste reduction. Acts 1990, ch. 754, § 11; T.C.A., § 68-46-310 . Compiler's Notes.
