§ 68-212-214. Jurisdiction for civil proceedings.

The jurisdiction for all civil proceedings under this part shall be in the chancery court of Davidson County. Acts 1983, ch. 423, § 14; T.C.A., § 68-46-214 . Compiler's Notes.
