§ 68-211-804. Applicability.
Unless specifically otherwise provided, this part does not apply to: Hazardous waste, regulated pursuant to chapter 212 of this title, except household hazardous waste; Infectious waste; Radioactive waste; or Industrial waste, which may include office, domestic or cafeteria waste, managed in a privately owned solid waste disposal system or resource recovery facility, if such waste is generated solely by the owner of the solid waste disposal system or resource recovery facility.
