§ 68-211-801. Short title.

This part shall be known and may be cited as the “Solid Waste Management Act of 1991.” Acts 1991, ch. 451, § 1; T.C.A., § 68-31-801 . Compiler's Notes. Former title 68, ch. 31, parts 1-9 were transferred to title 68, ch. 211, parts 1-9, respectively, in 1992. See the parallel reference table in § 68-211-101 for the former and new section locations. The responsibility for administering the Solid Waste Management Act was transferred from the state planning office to the department of environment and conservation, effective January 1, 1994.
