§ 68-14-712. Application for new permit after revocation.

Whenever the revocation of a permit becomes final, upon demonstration that the conditions that led to the revocation have been cured, the holder of the revoked permit may make written application for a new permit. Acts 2013, ch. 182, § 48. Effective Dates. Acts 2013, ch. 182, § 50. July 1, 2015; provided, that, for rulemaking purposes, the act shall take effect April 23, 2013.
