§ 68-14-320. Penalties.

Any person operating a hotel or public swimming pool who fails or refuses to comply with any provision of this part or with rules and regulations, obstructs or hinders the regulatory authority in the discharge of the regulatory authority's duties, or otherwise operates a hotel or swimming pool in violation of this part or of rules and regulations commits a Class C misdemeanor. Each day of operation after notice of non-compliance of violation has been given and such violation has not been corrected constitutes a separate offense. The 2013 amendment, effective July 1, 2015, transferred former § 68-14-322 to this section and rewrote the section which read: “Any person operating a hotel, food service establishment, or public swimming pool who fails or refuses to comply with any of this part or rules and regulations, or obstructs or hinders the regulatory authority in the discharge of the regulatory authority's duties or otherwise operates a hotel, food service establishment or swimming pool in violation of this part or rules and regulations commits a Class C misdemeanor. Each day after sufficient notice has been given constitutes a separate offense.” Effective Dates. Acts 2013, ch. 182, § 50.
