§ 68-11-258. Internet posting of facilities and whether facilities have sprinklers, smoke detectors, or alarms.
The board shall post on the official state of Tennessee web site on the Internet (http://www.state.tn.us) the names of every nursing home, residential home for the aged and assisted-care living facility regulated pursuant to this chapter and indicate whether the facility has a fire suppression sprinkler system throughout the facility or a smoke detector or alarm in each patient room. Acts 2004, ch. 451, § 4. Compiler's Notes. Acts 2004, ch. 451, § 5 provided that the act and the requirements therein shall not apply to any nursing home, residential home for the aged or assisted-care living facility that is fully sprinklered as of April 17, 2004.
