§ 68-1-1407. Gifts and donations.
The department of health is authorized to accept gifts or donations of money, goods or services from private individuals or organizations to accomplish the purposes of this part, under such reasonable terms and conditions as the commissioner may establish. Acts 1992, ch. 990, § 2g.
