§ 68-1-1302. Part definitions.
As used in this part: “Department” means the department of health; and “Down syndrome” means a chromosomal condition caused by an error in cell division that results in the presence of an extra whole or partial copy of chromosome 21. Compiler's Notes. Former part 13, §§ 68-1-1301 — 68-1-1305 , concerning the Tennessee environmental protection fund, was transferred to title 68, ch. 203 in 1992. Effective Dates. Acts 2018, ch. 773, § 2. July 1, 2018.
