§ 67-10-107. Rules and regulations.
The commissioner of revenue is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this chapter. All such rules and regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5. Acts 2006, ch. 873, § 8. Compiler's Notes. Former chapter 10, §§ 67-10-101 — 67-10-107 (Acts 2002, ch. 856, §§ 12a-12g; 2003, ch. 13, §§ 1-3; 2004, ch. 910, § 1), concerning the independent tax structure study commission, Haynes Commission, was repealed by Acts 2002, ch. 856, § 12g, as amended by Acts 2004, ch. 910, § 1, effective December 31, 2004.
