§ 66-29-179. Confidentiality agreement.

A person to be examined under § 66-29-157 may require, as a condition of disclosing the person's records, that the treasurer or the treasurer's agent who has access to the records disclosed in the examination execute and deliver to the person to be examined a confidentiality agreement that: Is in a form that is reasonably satisfactory to the treasurer; and Requires the person to comply with the provisions of this part applicable to the person. Acts 2017, ch. 457, § 1. Effective Dates. Acts 2017, ch. 457, § 7. July 1, 2017; provided that, for purposes of promulgating rules, the act took effect May 25, 2017. Cross-References.
