§ 66-27-209. Construction against implicit repeal.
This part and parts 3-5, being general parts intended as a unified coverage of their subject matter, no part of them shall be construed to be implicitly repealed by subsequent legislation if that construction can reasonably be avoided. Acts 2008, ch. 766, § 1.
