§ 65-15-303. Agent for service.
A transportation network company shall maintain an agent for service of process in this state. Acts 2015, ch. 520, § 4. Compiler's Notes. Acts 2015, ch. 520, § 1 provided that the act shall be known and may be cited as the “Transportation Network Company Services Act.” Effective Dates. Acts 2015, ch. 520, § 5. May 20, 2015.
