§ 65-11-115. Installation of warning strips authorized.

The department of transportation may install warning strips on both approaches of any highway crossing on the system of state highways not protected by automatic warning or protective devices, unless the surface of such approaches is gravel or chip and seal paving. Acts 1990, ch. 997, § 1.
