§ 64-1-908. Interagency cooperation.

All agencies and departments of state government shall extend their cooperation and lend assistance to the authority in the formulation and implementation of the purposes of this part. Acts 1991, ch. 308, § 1. Compiler's Notes. Former part 9, §§ 64-1-901 — 64-1-909 (Acts 1989, ch. 382, § 1; 1990, ch. 1027, § 11), concerning the West Fork Drakes Creek dam and reservoir interstate authority, was repealed by Acts 1991, ch. 308, § 1, effective May 14, 1991.
