§ 63-32-116. Public records.
No provision of this chapter shall be construed as restricting the status of any record as a public record for the purposes of title 10, chapter 7. Acts 1998, ch. 1073, § 16; T.C.A § 63-51-116 . Compiler's Notes. Former § 63-51-116 was transferred to this section by the authority of the Code Commission in 2017.
