§ 63-19-210. Correct title.

Any person who holds a valid license from the board of medical examiners under this part may use the title “orthopedic physician assistant” or the abbreviation “OPA-C” or “OPA,” but such person shall not use the title “physician assistant” or the abbreviation “PA” or “PA-C.” Acts 1995, ch. 337, § 12; 1996, ch. 771, § 6; 1997, ch. 207, § 5.
