§ 63-19-206. Unauthorized practice.

Any licensed orthopedic physician assistant rendering services inconsistent with this part shall be considered to be practicing medicine without a license and shall be subject to appropriate legal action by the board of medical examiners. Acts 1995, ch. 337, § 8; 1997, ch. 207, § 5.
