§ 62-6-410. Duplicate license.

A duplicate license to replace any license lost, destroyed or mutilated may be issued subject to the rules and regulations of the board. Acts 2004, ch. 826, § 11. Compiler's Notes. Acts 2004, ch. 826, § 19 provided that the funding for the act shall not exceed the amount required to perform services required pursuant to the act.
