§ 62-5-309. Practice by unregistered persons prohibited.
It is unlawful for any person not a registered funeral director or embalmer to engage in funeral directing or embalming. It is unlawful for any person, partnership, firm, association or corporation not licensed as provided in this chapter to engage in the operation of a funeral establishment.
