§ 62-18-213. Confidential information.
Except as otherwise provided by this part, the following shall be treated as confidential and may not be disclosed except by order of a court of competent jurisdiction or by permission of the applicant: Applications and other personal information submitted by applicants, except to the applicant, the commissioner, department, or its staff; and Information submitted by a reference concerning an applicant, except to the commissioner, department, or its staff. Acts 2010, ch. 1032, § 14; 2020, ch. 641, § 5. Amendments. The 2020 amendment substituted “department, or its staff” for “department, its staff, or the SSAC” in (1) and (2). Effective Dates.
