§ 6-54-132. Wheel immobilizers.
Municipalities shall be authorized to regulate the commercial use of wheel immobilizers to disable vehicles. Acts 2008, ch. 722, § 1. Code Commission Notes. Acts 2008, ch. 722, § 1 purported to add a new section as § 6-54-1001 . The section was redesignated as § 6-54-132 by the code commission. Acts 2008, ch. 1049, § 1 purported to add a new section as § 6-54-132 . Since Acts 2008, ch. 722, § 1 added § 6-54-132 , Acts 2008, ch. 1049, § 1 was added as § 6-54-133 .
