§ 59-8-309. Rules and regulations.
All rules and regulations promulgated and now in force for the abandoned mine land reclamation program, published by the secretary of state as chapter 0400-1-24 shall remain in full force and effect. All other rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to this part, except as otherwise provided in §§ 59-8-304 — 59-8-309 , are repealed. Acts 1984, ch. 837, § 7; T.C.A. § 59-8-356 .
