§ 57-3-1008. Applicability.
This part shall not apply to sales at retail made where intoxicating liquors are: Sold upon the complete final liquidation of a business; Advertised, offered for sale, or sold by any fiduciary or other officer acting under the order or direction of any court; Closeouts and case discounts; or Such other occasional discounts as defined by the commission.
