§ 56-7-3401. Short title.
This part shall be known as the “Unclaimed Life Insurance Benefits Act”. Acts 2014, ch. 974, § 1. Compiler's Notes. Acts 2014, ch. 974, § 2 provided that the commissioner of commerce and insurance is authorized to promulgate rules to implement the act, which enacted this part, provided such rules shall not impose any duty or requirements not stated in the act. All such rules shall be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.
