§ 56-7-1507. Review of advertisements.
Every issuer of medicare supplement insurance policies or certificates in this state shall provide a copy of any medicare supplement advertisement intended for use in this state whether through written, radio or television medium to the commissioner for review or approval by the commissioner. The commissioner shall promulgate reasonable rules and regulations to implement this section. Acts 1992, ch. 735, § 7; T.C.A. § 56-7-1457 . Code Commission Notes. This section was renumbered from § 56-7-1457 to § 56-7-1507 by authority of the Code Commission in 2016.
